Luke is an expert in teaching and coaching. He specialises in managing distressed behaviour within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) environments. Luke has been a valuable member of the training team for two years and is currently an advanced lead trainer for positive interventions.
Dr Carol Sadler
Consultant Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Sadler is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and BPS (British Psychological Society). Dr Sadler ensures clinical rigour and ethical practice underpin the Teach+ programmes. She helps design programme content and integrates the latest evidence-based psychological practices to keep the Teach+ training up to date and effective. Dr. Sadler also offers bespoke consultation services to Teach+ schools, supporting them in embedding the learning, addressing challenges, and ensuring sustained, positive change. Her involvement elevates Teach+ from a training provider to a comprehensive partner for staff development.
