With his dedication to enabling and nurturing supportive settings, Neil has become an essential resource for Teach+.

Dr Carol Sadler
Chartered Clinical Psychologist — BPS & HCPC Registered
Dr Sadler is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC and BPS. She ensures clinical rigour and ethical practice underpin all Teach+ programmes. She helps design programme content and integrates the latest evidence-based psychological practices to keep training current and effective. Dr Sadler also offers bespoke consultation services to Teach+ schools, supporting them in embedding learning and ensuring sustained, positive change. Her involvement elevates Teach+ from a training provider to a comprehensive partner for staff development.
