Neil has more than twenty years' experience in specialist training, teaching and coaching. He gives staff the communication skills, knowledge and confidence to handle challenging situations safely, and leads Teach+'s work with schools.

Dr Sadler ensures clinical rigour and ethical practice underpin Teach+ programmes. She helps design course content and keeps it in line with current psychological evidence. She also offers consultation to Teach+ schools, helping them embed what staff have learned and sustain the change.
